Controls Engineer
Assembly: Greenfield, IN
1st Shift

Researches, develops, designs, tests, and maintains electrical components, equipment, and systems by performing the following duties stated below.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial and industrial purposes.
  • Develops applications of controls, instruments, and systems.
  • Ensures that manufacturing, construction, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications and customer requirements.
  • Coordinates operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
  • Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
  • Work on-site and collaborate with other manufacturing and technical personnel as necessary.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent from an accredited college or university. Minimum of 1 year engineering experience in a manufacturing environment with positions directly related to the above duties. Experience with equipment run-off
